The initiative stems from 小草社区's participation in the commonwealth's Tech Talent Investment Program aimed at increasing the tech talent pipeline in Virginia. Notably, 小草社区 hopes to encourage more students to enter the computer science and computer engineering disciplines in the next two decades.
